Medela in style starter kit or pay $95 and get whole thing with tote or backpack and everything else?

I am getting breast pump through my insurance and I have an option where I can get starter kit for free or have an upgrade option when I pay $95 and get whole thing with tote or backpack with additional bottles and battery pack (still not sure if it means I can use it with batteries) 
If you have this pump please advice what would you get.

I liked throwing mine in a bag rather than the Madela tote. That way it didn't scream "I'm carrying a breastpump". The Madela ones are easy to recognize.

Take a look at Babies R Us sales or use the BuyBuyBaby coupon for the extras - I spent a lot less money and got cuter versions of the cooler and tote!

My medela pump from the WIC office worked amazing. It came with a handheld pump, so many bottles, different size pump ends, I loved it.
