21 Day fix
I had a check up with my doctor recently and blood work done. Let's just say that it didn't come back very good.
My husband and I want to lose weight and get out health in order. I know there is never an easy fix, you have to change your lifestyle. A family member of mine did the 21 day fix and she had noticeable results. I was wondering if anyone else had good results from this? I don't want to invest money in the shakes (I just think $130 for a month is stupid).
So any blogs out there that are great to follow? Or maybe some stuff on Pinterest?
