What's your opinion on GMO food?

Watching Bill Nye talk about it right now lol just curious of your opinions!!

I don't like the idea of created crops or directly messing with another species genes and I feel like not much study has been done about safety. I mean, yes we have been breeding plants and animals since agriculture began, but this is something else entirely.

I just don't feel like there is enough information to make an informed decision.

I studied GMOs a lot in school because I'm an agriculture student. For the most part, people don't really understand what a GMO is and they just say "oh, it's bad". We've been creating GMOs for thousands and thousand of years and the fundamentals behind the idea make total sense. Personally, I disagree with creating crops, such as Round Up Ready crops because they promote the use of herbicides.

Yep and we have all these health problems fixed by eating better and organic 🤔
