Input ladies...help please. Fertile window with an issue

Hey ladies! I'm on my 2nd day 4/27 of my fertile window and have had multiple days of creamy CM , went to check after my shower and there was blood! It was a little on the bright side. My SO and I did have unprotected sex on 4/22 & 4/23 . This has never happened before....could I have some random spotting or could something be up?
