Low iron? Need advice
I'm a first time mom and I'm 7weeks along. I won't have my first appointment until Monday, but I need some advice before then. I understand the whole morning sickness thing, but I think I may have low iron. I feel all shaky a bs queasy but after I eat some sort of protein I feel much much better. Also, I've been eating a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables, but I never feel full until I have some sort of protein. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I really appreciate your help.
