So I'm was wondering for those who have tries mother's milk tea, how long did it take to start seeing results?

My sister tried it but didn't last long because she said it was disgusting...like black licorice. I ended up making her lactation cookies and she took a fenugreek supplement and her supply came back raging.

In the very beginning I drank it to try to get my milk supply to come in and it really didn't work well. My lactationist recommended motherslove supplements and I have been able to ebf.. she's 7 months and still able to keep it up.

She had said the supplements is a concentrated form of the tea..
