Anyone know what this is on my baby?

This is the nipple off my baby the other one does not look like this, a while back it was swollen and it had some drainage  like pus. Going to talk to the doctor next visit. He Aunt saw it today and said it didn't look right. Wondering if anyone has an idea on what it is.

Just don't try and pop it whatever you do, can cause an infection. I'd call the dr and have them check it and give you medical advice, I wouldn't worry too much, but def get to seeing the dr. Best of luck!

I would have said a pre mature pimple, but now im rethinking that. Tell me when you find out!
