Ok so I'm on day 3 of my period, but I haven't had the heavy flow day yet... When will it happen?

I've been spotting for four days and it's freaking me out. Literally nothing is coming out of me until I wipe. Not even enough for a pad. I'm about to go to planned parenthood tomorrow so I can talk to someone lol.
