I'm also wondering. My daughter is 4 and a half months old and seems content with just breast milk for now, but I'm wondering when to start her in something else and what. I have heard bad things about rice cereal but oatmeal is okay? I'm going to ask her pediatrician when we go next week to know for sure, though.

Our pediatrician gave us the ok to start solids at 4 months today.  We might attempt some veggies this weekend but she said we can wait until 5 months if we don't feel comfortable yet.
