what should men understand about early pregnancy

so alot of men (including mine) dont understand how tired we are , how much pain we are in , and how emotional we are . so what would you tell your SO or other men that dont really know anything about first trimester ?? advice ? what NOT to do ?? here is one if i tell you im in pain dont ignore me and then look at me and say your hungry and to make you food 😂😂 it happens everyday !
