IUI experiences?

Has anyone gone thru IUI and had a positive outcome? How many trys did it take before that BFP?

I am in the same boat, we are doing our first iui next week. Cut out drinking, taking prenatals, and Cq10

We have unexplained infertility.   Had my first IUI in August last year; got pregnant the first attempt but MC in September.  Let October be a normal period, tried IUI in November; the doc office mixed up dates despite us trying to "guide" them.  Didn't work.  Tried in December and it worked.  Unfortunately had a stillbirth 2 weeks ago and lost our son at 20.5 weeks.  Trying to get stable, mentally, emotionally and physically, and hopefully try again in June or July depending on doc recommendation.  I pray you get your BFP soon and are blessed with a healthy baby 🙏
