What if its wrong and they are both health and just fine. I couldn't do that. My aunt was told her son was going to have downs and to abort him well he was born and has no downs what so ever. It's a hard choice but If it was me I would still go to full turm and love them as long as you can
Is there anything I can do?
This morning we found out that both of our momo twins have anencephaly. My partner just doesn't want to talk about it at all. She wants to terminate the pregnancy. That's it end of story no discussion. I feel like there must be something else.

Those are two *Completely different things. You can only see markers or signs of Down's syndrome in an ultrasound but you cant know for sure without genetic testing. anencephaly on the other hand is a physical condition that *Can be determined with an ultrasound.

Im really sorry that you guys are going through this! There are many options but i think you really need to decide what type of outcome you are looking for? There's several stories of couples bring a baby to term with this condition and in some cases the child even survies for a few years but as expected, the need full assistance with everything. Some children only make it a few minutes to hours after birth. If you are unsure of things, get a second or even third opinion. Either way, this is an incredibly hard decision to make and you guys have to decide which one is going to hurt a little less?

Thank you for your support. I am going to get a second opinion next week and to ask a specialist about possible organ donation. My doctor didn't think it would be a option.
