Blood...TMI

Just went to the bathroom- #1 and #2, and there was bright red blood. I've had issues with this before with #2 but I can't help but be worried! On the second wipe it was clean, so not actively flowing, and nothing at all was in my undies.... Can i get some reassurance? I will be keeping a close eye on it so I can get to a dr after work if I need to!
