Feeling too sick to eat :(

This post may be tmi. Im having a terrible time trying to eat some mornings. The only thing i seem to keep down in the morning is a banana and some veggies. Which is great cause it's healthy. But other morning, i get absolutely the worst stomach pain. Not abdomen pain, like upper stomach pain. The tmi part is it gives me the runs. It takes forever for me start feeling hungry again. Water does nothing, just makes it worse. 
Is anyone else having a hard time finding foods that work for them in the morning or having the runs? Any suggestions on things i could eat that work for you?
