How much luck have yall had with taking a pregnancy test before you actually missed your period?

What pregnancy tests actually detect H-hcg ?

I tested 5 days early and got a positive with Clinical Guard. They are cheap ones from Amazon.

It really depends. In December I was testing at 8dpo but didn't get faints until after my period was due, I ended up having a miscarriage. Im getting faints this month and my af isn't due for another 3 days. I'm using test from the 99cent store, walmart, internet dip strips

Both of mine came back positive and I took the test about 2 weeks before my missed period.... And just for fun I bought clear blue and then a dollar store brand and they both came back positive...

I tested 1 day early with the first response and got a negative. Fast forward to 3 days later and it was positive.
