I wish I could post a video but my son is 6 months old and last night he was making a wheezing noise that was very concerning. He did it 5 times in a row and then stopped so we took him to the ER and the doctor said it sounds like it's coming from his throat and they thought he might have swallowed something. They listened to him and said his lungs sound fine so they just did an x-ray of his throat but that was fine too. The diagnosis was that he's getting a cold. He has no runny nose, he's not sneezing or anything. The doctor said he has a dog of red in his throat and a dot of red in his ear. What do you think this was? I'm wondering if it's asthma?
