constipation during pregnancy HELP

OMG THIS IS SO EMBARRASSING, but i seriously went from the runniest poops to TERRIBLE constipation in the last 3 days. it just hit me. i have to poop so bad but it WONT COME OUT. im reallllly gassy but i just cant poop lol. i guess ill thank iron tablets and progesterone medication for that 🤷🏻‍♀️ any remedies that are safe to prevent or help constipation?
