Sleeping with tampons?

Idk about everyone else but pads make me feel so messy down there and it can get uncomfortable to sleep with a pad. Is there anyone else that sleeps with tampons and an alarm to change on your period?

I hardly sleep but I nap for a couple of hours or so. I'll wear one when I nap. When I use to sleep I'd always wear pads at night Bc I know I'm not waking up to an alarm.

Personally I wouldn't! I did that once and I forgot it in there for over 24 hours! How I missed that I don't know!

I used to all the time. Never had a problem with it. Only reason I don't now is because after having a baby, tampons bother me. I don't know what it is, but I get a weird pain from them and they won't stay and keep slipping out.

I do and i typvally never get to sleep over 8hrs anyway lol maybe 4-5hrs.
