I went to the hospital 5 years ago for an extreme sharp stabbing pain in my left ovary. The doctor told me it was probably a cyst and it would go away on its own. If it was a cyst does that mean I have Pcos or can you have just a random cyst rupture and than never again? I never have extremely heavy periods and I barley ever even get cramps when I do they are mild. I keep seeing things on Pcos and was just curious.
