Nose piercing bump

So I've got a red bump that's risen just under my nose stud, I've had the piercing for about 2 months and the bump has been there about a month. I've contacted my piercer he says it's common but it just won't go away!!! I'm also getting another one of these bumps on my helix, which is only a month old.
