Enlarged ovaries during pregnancy! HELP!
Hi! I'm praying that someone will have an answer for me.
I'm 13 weeks pregnant with twins and I just went for an ultrasound and was told that I have extremely enlarged ovaries that are polycystic. Each ovary is about 9cm x 5cm and the doctor got extremely serious with me and said that I basically need to be on bed rest and if I feel any twisting pains I need to go to the hospital immediately because there could be a high risk emergency situation- so without him saying we basically know what he meant.
Has anyone experienced this? Has anyone shrunk their enlarged cystic ovaries naturally? I read that some foods lower estrogen. Need help!!
