Ever had ovulation pain?
Hi ladies,
This is my second month charting. Last cycle I was able confirm ovulation (using bbt and OPK) to day 19 of my cycle. Around day 18 and early day 19 I had cramping in my lower left abdomen. I also had a temp drop two days before ovulation.
This cycle I had a temp drop on cycle day 13, and today (cycle day 15) I have had noticeable cramps again same as last cycle, a stabbing pain/full ache that is worse when moving around.
I haven't used an OPK yet but my cycles vary from 29 days to 33 days, so it is possible that I am ovulating a little earlier than last cycle.
What I want to know is- do you get ovulation pain prior/around the time of ovulation? If so- what does it feel like? is it every cycle? How would you describe the intensity of the pain? Does it hurt more when you move? Does it change sides each cycle? Mine has been on the left the last two cycles.
