HELP What should I Do? I think I might have a Tick, or some bug bitting my ankle and I'm concerned

My husband was Cleaning outside I walked by and it was windy, few minutes later I felt something bitting my ankle, it continued several times, I took a shower and changed same thing. I just woke up and feel the same skin area with the same bite. I can't see anything!! """"I'm Scared Because I Breastfeed and don't want to pass anything to baby"""""" What should I do????
