how to make roast beef sandwiches with Au jus?

I bought a pound of roast beef. I can't find a recipe anywhere that just gives me the basics on how to make it with the au jus. Thank you!

Answer

Mix the au jus with 3 cups of water, stir & bring to a boil, turn the stove off. Add the roast beef and stir it around for a few minutes so it gets hot. Put some slices of cheese (provalone or American) on top (while it's still in the pot with the gravy) & spoon some of the gravy on the cheese so it melts a little. Use tongs to pick it up & put it on the rolls. 
*if you add the meat to the pot while its at a rolling boil, the meat will shrink & curl up in a bad way.

You have to look in like the gravy/soup  section on near the meats sometimes they keep it near there depending on the market
