38+2 was dilated 1.5 cm at my doctors appointment on Thursday.. I had been 1.5 cm for two weeks and just wanted to cry because I felt like she was never going to make her arrival. I was having really bad contractions all day yesterday 3-5 mins apart and by 4 in the morning they were getting increasingly worse by the minute..came into ER and was dilated at a 6! My ob said she should be here by noon today! ...so for all the mommies out there who are waiting anxiously and feel like their little one will never make their arrival anytime soon.. TRUST me they will come when it's time..and when you least expect it.
