Today i am 9 weeks 5 days 🙏🏼 We went to my little cousins birthday party this afternoon & shot a basketball around. My husband, dad, & I played a thirty minute game of horse. It never got too intense, I was pretty cautious-didn't jump around a lot, no physical contact, no running, etc. but now I'm having serious back pain. My back has already been hurting throughout this pregnancy & now I'm wondering if it's normal this early on? Everything I read online says it's a miscarriage symptom & it has me scared to death.
