How can i increase my breast milk? I feel im not producing enough milk, my breast after day 4 feels soft. I bought the mothers milk tea but I want to know if the tea works or not...

Just because your breasts feel soft and you think your supply is low doesn't mean it is.
We will never have that initial engorged feeling we had when your milk comes in. Right away our supply start to regulate. It regulates to the point where you make exactly what baby needs.
You can try the tea and what you will likely notice is that you feel fuller the next day but after a couple of days it will go back to the same softer feeling because you didn't need to make extra milk.
And remember every time a bottle is given you have to pump to tell your body it needs to make that milk.
