Plastic surgery for 14 year old girls

This morning I read that now in Colombia, the law allows that girls can have plastic surgeries since they are 14 years old. I really disagree with that because at 14 you're basically still a child. Your mind and body are not mature enough to make that decision or to go through that. Do you agree with that law or not?
