Where to go from here..?

Hi.. I am a 19 year old female and all my life people made jokes about me being ADHD. Someone said it to me today and it kinda hit home. I looked it up and it is soo me. How do I get help?

If you feel that you cannot "control" your symptoms then talk to your dr. I have ADHD but I do not take meds for it. I have found my own way of controlling my symptoms. Good luck!

I was just researching add/ADHD the other day Cuz I believe I have it as well & it's affecting my life. I'm working on finding a doctor that can help me. I'm a server and it gets really busy & iv been getting very stressed out latley with everything I was talking to family members and they all have been diagnosed. So I suggest u look into getting the help u need.

Sorry, but just because it sounds like it does not necessarily mean you have ADHD. If I've learned anything you have to meet at least three conditions from the criteria on the DSM-IV, so my advice would go talk to a professional about it.
