TMI, but it never used to happen.

I don't know why, I've been researching it but it kept giving me different answers and I would like to know by you ladies. But for some reason when my period ends or when I'm not close to it, my vagina would release this clear liquid and I would constantly go wipe myself and my underwear. Then after awhile when it dries it turns a light yellow and smells. I clean myself daily, and when I was tested when I was pregnant I had no forms of infections or type of AIDs. I asked my nutrition ed at the Wic about it and she did a pep smear, results came out negative for infections. What the flip?!
