ahh back pain! anyone else?

having some awful back pain this pregnancy. only 5weeks. can't take ibuprofen and Tylenol doesn't help. any thing help? desperate for relief😣

I'm 5w6d, lower back pain has been intense to say the least. I didn't have lower back pain with my first pregnancy until 3rd trimester. This pregnancy is sooooo different. To top it off my 2yr old is teething (2nd molar coming in) and we're potty training. This past week has been rough. 
I started doing a lot of stretching and that has helped a little

I'm 5w2d and back pain has been horrendous. Same with my neck but I think it's due to sleeping on left side only- usually I tosss and turn all night! Haven't even taken Tylenol because I don't want to chance anything happening :/

I'm having terrible back pain at 6 weeks 4 days, started around 5 weeks. I googled it and it's the SI joint and my sister had it too. I went to the chiropractor and no relief, I'm going to go back again this week because I can hardly bend over/stand up from the toilet without the pain. My husband has been out of town and I feel so useless because I've got nothing done. Tylenol dies help my temporarily, and I slept on an ice pack. Sorry you're experiencing this but you're not alone!

Yes I have back pain as well.. mostly lower. Try a yoga class or some simple poses at home like child's pose.
