Troubles Sleeping
So when I sleep in my bed I get maybe 2 hours of sleep ( if I'm lucky) before I wake up and have to pee, or I'm uncomfortable, and I can't fall asleep, or if I can I'm right back awake, or maybe it's time for a surprise leg cramp! It's very frustrating and I always wake up with hip pain!!! Well last night I fell asleep on the couch all super propped up, and although my neck is slightly sore, I slept for 5 hours straight. 😍 So I woke up, went to the bathroom, and then right back to the couch for another 3 hours. My hips didn't hurt when I woke up and I feel great. I'm thinking about accidentally sleeping on the couch more often now. Please tell me I'm not alone. 😂
