TTC #2 for 1 year and 7 months...

My SO and I have been TTC for for ever now it seems... I was at one time peeing on a test every day.. then I just got extremely depressed and quit doing it... I chart my period and CM daily... my period is literally every 28-36 days and lasts 2 days sometimes 8 days... never the same flow. I had an IUD and when we decided for #2 I got it removed. I did have some complications.... I had it for a year and a few months and had 4 bacterial infections and ended up with PID. I'm getting so discouraged and upset. I feel like it's never going to happen... any advice? I feel like I've tried EVERYTHING but medical intervention.
