My now ex boyfriend and I had been dating for 5 months, he lives an hour away. I love him so much I have ever him everything. We often would talk about our future together and promise rings for one another. Within the 5 months I never met his family, friends or even went to his town. When I brought up a surprise I stay because I missed him he told me no because his house was dirty. Recently, he had been really stand offish and distant towards me. After a night out with his friends he told me we had been doing a lot of thinking about our relationship; and whether or not we should continue dating. He believes it's hard to be with me because my parents don't like him, they believe I deserve better. After what he told me what he did we quit talking for several days so he could male up his mind. He never did, because it was too much of a heart ache, I called things off. Am On over reacting?!. Honest Opinion!
