I'm currently on the fence about a new job I just received. I need some thought weither or not I should accept a job offer that's farther away with more money or stay in my current job that's only 15 mins away. If you were me, which would you choose?

P:S~ I have a great vehicle that is great on gas. I have no children at this moment. I am currently just dating someone and we live together.

My current position is a great company.. full time benefits, 401K, family-oriented etc. Only other issue is that management is flirty, sexual towards women in the warehouse, young group of men. Main downfall here is that I'm currently hired through a temp agency and from what I am hearing it takes a long time to get an actual position with the company.

The new company I was hired for had some pretty interesting reviews... no room for advancement and a very 'frat' boy type upper management. Some perks of the position included paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance.
