So I'm sometimes masturbating in a phone call (phone sex) and when I climax, my lower abdomen hurts.  It feels like where my ovaries might be located, but I am not entirely sure.  And my abs hurt throughout.  But it feels too good when I miss my S.O.

I was just wondering if this happens to anyone.  It feels so sore the next day; it almost feels like after I did some horrendous abs workout

Are you tensing up, holding your breath etc? Sometimes you can do that without even realising and can be holding your stomach muscles tight to the point they can cramp.. also more so if you work out, your abs.
