Breakfast and lunches are done! Made salads with grilled chicken, steak or peppers turkey and cheese roll ups, feta, tomato, onion, and cucumbers. Made overnight mason jar oatmeals. And bagged up all the snacks and dry salad toppings so they are ready to grab for lunches! Took me one hour to shop, 3 to prep. Saves me from having to do it all week! I love it!
I was on WW just before conceiving (lost 22 pounds! 💪🏻) and meal prepping was my world. I'm glad it was already a habit I had so I'm continuing it without issue
