tired of child's father never helping me

What do I do? He lives with me.. and helps with bills.. but can't take care of our 5 month old without asking for help every 5 minutes. I can't get any college work done and I have to stay up late to do it. He won't wake during the night and if he does he's extremely verbally abusive calling me a worthless bitch if I don't get up.. and I'm expected to cook, clean, do laundry, raise our little one, and continue with college. We've been splitting the bills half and half because I worked some weekends making good money as a waitress.. he has yet to pay rent on his own but recently has been helping a lot more with groceries food and baby needs because I haven't been working because our child had health issues. He throws it in my face that he has to pay for groceries.. I feel like we constantly argue because I'm tired and resentful that I have no help. Sometimes it gets pretty ugly.. he wants to nap and be on his phone and rolls his eyes when I ask for help on the weekends (on weekdays baby is asleep by the time he gets home) our child is high needs and needs a lot of attention and we have to work with feeding him. what do I do? (About bf) I'm also stuck in a 12 month lease with him. When I get frusterated and try to explain it he always sais I'm wrong..
