So I was in urgent care today because of a fever of 4 days and a horrible cough, sore throat, and body aches. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't settling in my chest which thankfully it is not but the doctor was concerned that my resting heart rate was over 130 and told me to call my OB in the morning and have them follow up with it. Now I know being sick can cause a faster heart rate but idk how fast should be concerning. Now I'm worried it could affect baby. I'm almost wondering if I should just call the emergency line tonight and go get checked out? Anyone else have something like this happen and it's ok for it to be that high?
