Excessive Discharge?

I've had two yeast infections this year because I was really sick, so was taking a lot of antibiotics. During those two, I had a lot of clear discharge, which I understand is normal. Right now, however, it doesn't feel like a normal yeast infection (compared to the others I've had). There's no uncomfortable itching, just the excessive discharge. The only other thing I can think of that has been odd is that there is a small cut/tear right above my urethra. I don't know how on Earth is got there. I don't do anything too extreme, I don't shave, and I've never had sex nor masturbated. The cut/tear appeared about two weeks ago, and the excessive discharge began today. I'm not sure if the cut/tear has anything to do with it, but I thought I'd that in there just in case. Thank you!
