Any one have light spotting in first trimester?

I got my BFP April 27th . I'm 4 weeks and 3 days now .I took a early response test that's how I found out kind of early because my period wasn't due until the 30th (today) . Well this morning I woke up and saw light red blood on my pantyliner . I tried not to freak being that my period was due today but my mom being the dramatic person she is . was like Go to the emergency room ! So I went and since it's so early in my pregnancy they couldn't tell where the bleeding came from . And the nurse checked my hcg hormone level it was 381 she told me to come back in two days and see if it doubled if not it might mean it's a eptopic. I'm worried has anyone else had this symptom
