is it normal to get sick?

Is it normal to get sick like flu and bronchial during first trimester? 
I had a miscarriage back in December but early on in that pregnancy I got flu like symptoms and a cold... and now I have become pregnant again now in April and I am feeling like I have the flu again with a cough and all.... is this normal?

I'm 23 weeks now. I was very sick at 18 weeks. (Coughing, sneezing, sore throat, sinus infection). My doc gave me a z pack and I was a lot better in 3 days. I had an mc in November. (Flu season) Shortly before that, i was really sick with the same stuff. Your body has one thing on it's mind right now and that's growing your beeb! Your immune system isn't as strong as usual while your pregnant so it's very normal to expierience the flu/colds. Hope you get better mama!

It's actually fairly normal just because your immune system isn't functioning at its full ability. Taking a good prenatal, eating right and drinking plenty of water will help. If you're already sick, go see your doctor for safe meds and take care of yourself. No fun being sick while pregnant ☹️

I'm not sure if it's normal. But I got crazy sick the week we found out we were pregnant.
