How should i feel?

So my sister is 26 weeks pregnant and i am 16 weeks pregnant. Neither our babies were planned yet not prevented. So she keeps posting pictures of everything people ( family) has bought for her baby. Crib, shoes, clothes, diapers, everything. She had a gender reveal and everyone was so excited. She is being thrown a baby shower by family. And here i sit, and no one has done anything for my baby and wont be. My sister is only 2 years older than I. I mean ive always been the black sheep of the family so i expected shitty from them towards me. However im starting to resent my sister and nephew that she is carrying. Like why is no one happy about me and my baby? Sorry i just needed to vent 😢😢😢💔

I'm so sorry 😢 That's not right and your baby and your pregnancy are just as much a gift and just as beautiful and special as anyone else's. Maybe they'll come around as you get farther along. If not, try not to let it bring you down because you can't change people but you can enjoy your own life and your own blessings ❤️

I'm so sorry your going through this. I too was 8 weeks behind my sil and everyone in MY family rejected my baby, they were all happy I miscarried. 4 years later I'm pregnant again and no one is happy I can't even talk about my pregnancy with family. If my daughter who is 8  tries they walk away and mumble. I'm sorry unfortunately we can not change the way our families act. We can only celebrate ourselves. Your carrying a miracle a gift. I had the same issue my sister in law was only 5 days ahead of me! The whole time it was like she was trying to compete with me! Half the family is on her side and hates me and half the family is on my side and hates her. It's really sad because our kids could grow up together and I am the first one In the family to have a boy. She's had her baby now and I'm due any day. What's even worse is she's besties with my husbands ex girlfriend who he has a daughter with and she goes over and visits with all his family that hates me and calls my sister in laws new baby her god daughter. Honestly it just disgusts me but when my handsome little miricle gets here I  won't give one crap and I assume there will be some apologies coming my way and I'm gonna say to hell with all of them! I got the people that love me and my baby and a great husband I will do just fine!

Maybe they'll do the same when you get as far along as her.. It's still pretty early in your, do just be positive & stay healthy. don't let that stress you
