Please help advice needed

My daughter is 17 months and I'm 29 weeks pregnant with her baby brother. My partner and baby daddy just got over a cold and now me and my daughter now have it, he's at work at the moment and I'm finding it hard to help her but rest my self, I have no energy and feel breathless as he's under my ribs and I have heartburn and a blocked nose, does any one have any tips for me or advice so I can comfort my daughter who is crying and walking around but rest for My self as I'm so exhausted from just being pregnant and being sick isn't helping :(
