weight gain

This has nothing to do with pregnancy or babies or anything like that. Just weight gain and how it's affecting my self confidence. I'm currently at my highest weight ever (170, and I'm 5' 4") I don't look "fat" however I am definitely bigger. I'm 18, still in high school and getting ready for prom. I'm totally not looking forward to it cause my dress barely fits anymore because I've gained about 8 pounds since I bought it. I have a history of really bad depression and anxiety, and also suffered from eating disorders when I was younger, and still struggle to eat right (I binge eat most of the time). The weight gain is really bringing me down and I don't have the energy to ever go to the gym, and there's not the right food in the house for me to eat to lose the weight. What are some tips from the Glow community to help lose weight, keep it off, and improve my confidence? That's me below.
