Looking forward to my cycle for the first time ever

I've used the Depo shot as my bc for about 6 years, stopped about 4m ago because I started gain weight rapidly and looking to switch to an IUD. I still haven't had my period, pregnancy test 3 weeks ago was negative and 2 weeks ago I was put on Provera for 5 days and told it can take up to 2 weeks to jumpstart my cycle. Granted, 2 weeks will be this coming Sunday, but is there anything else I can do (other than not stressing :/) to help things along?
