LH surge 3 days before ovulation?

Is it possible to have a surge so long before? Cervical position and CM were right on track but my bbt says I ovulated 3 days after?

I had the same issue this month! My cheapie OPKS and the clear blue digital advance gave me a positive and peak fertility but then my BBT didn't shift until 3 days later. I'm worried I don't have a shot this month 😕
