Fertility tests

Is there an accurate at home fertility test out there in stores? I don't mean one to find when I'm most fertile I mean one to find out if I can even have kids. My greatest fear is that I won't be able to have children... My gyno said the ones she does are for women currently trying to get pregnant who have failed naturally for a while and those tests are upwards of $500 and not usually covered by insurance. I get a regular period and she told me thats a good indication of fertility. Any other advice anyone can give me?
