I recently took 2 pregnancy test (clear blue and first response) an I got a BFP!!! :) I'm currently 4 weeks an 5 days.. However I've not got any preg sysptoms.. Should I be worried.. I've booked a docs appointment it's for nxt week... but the wait is crazy.. This is my second baby with the 1st I never found out till I was 6 weeks had morning sickness (more like afternoon sickness) around 8 weeks.. Any advice would be great.. Thanks.. Xx
