could it be implantation time???

Question

Ok here's the thing...I had been on metformin for prediabeties. I had a miscarriage almost 2 months ago and hadn't had a period yet...decided to couple metformin with birthcontrol got back on it april 21. My hubby and I had sex 22,23,24. On the 25 th my nips started hurting while nursing! I've been taking tests and idk maybe???? 
But then today 10 days after we had sex, I'm a little crampy like I'm about to start and I had some peach colored spotting, but only while wiping...
Could that be implantation bleeding?!? I've never tried to catch it this early! And never noticed before with my other two kids!

Update:

I started spotting around 11:30 today, 10 days after sex. And it's now 5:35, I'm still spotting, but there's only blood when I wipe. No real leakage is happening...in the last few hours I've developed a migraine, which is making me irritable, and tbh my entire belly just feels strange! Not crampy but more like I've been sucking it in for a long time and just let go! Lol I'm hoping it's all just implantation related, and that I'm not about to start my period!

I will say, usually spotting doesn't last this long before a full fledged period comes on. I bleed heavily in the first few days so I typically spot for an hour or so then bam...

Could be. If so, you should be able to get a positive test in a few days.
